Clients utilizing our staffing services must provide accurate, non-discriminatory job descriptions and agree to any applicable fees as outlined in separate agreements.
Our IT consulting and cloud development services operate under specific Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements that define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Intellectual property rights for pre-existing materials remain with their respective owners, while custom-developed solutions transfer to the client upon full payment. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive business information exchanged during engagements.
Payment terms for services will be specified in formal contracts, with invoices typically due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
